A dedicated wellness wing within an Al Barari villa. The spa retreat integrates steam room, sauna, cold plunge, treatment room, relaxation lounge, and outdoor garden shower — all orchestrated through intelligent climate and lighting control.

Automated steam generator with temperature and humidity control. Sauna heater management with safety timers and pre-heat scheduling.

Full RGB LED installation with pre-programmed colour therapy sequences. Water-resistant fixtures rated IP65 throughout wet areas.

Dedicated HVAC zones for each space with dehumidification control in wet areas and fresh air ventilation scheduling.
