A sprawling contemporary estate set against the desert landscape. The property combines indoor luxury with extensive outdoor automation — from the infinity pool and water features to landscape irrigation and architectural facade lighting.
LEXA systems integrated
120 exterior LED fixtures including pathway bollards, tree uplighters, facade wash lights, and pool underwater luminaires. Astronomical clock scheduling.
Automated pool cover, filtration scheduling, temperature control, and decorative water feature sequencing with LED colour changing.
Smart irrigation with soil moisture sensors and weather-based scheduling. Drip and spray zones managed through KNX with water consumption monitoring.
Automated gate control, driveway detection, and perimeter lighting with motion-triggered zones. Integration with CCTV and intercom.
