A premium rooftop entertaining venue in the DIFC district. The outdoor space required weather-resilient automation that could transform from a daytime lounge to an evening cocktail destination with a single scene change.

01Motorized Louvres
Automated pergola with tilting aluminium louvres. Rain sensor triggers automatic closure. Manual override via weatherproof keypad.
02Accent Lighting
LED strip lighting under seating, architectural uplighting on columns, and table-integrated candle-effect LEDs. Pre-programmed for "day", "sunset", and "evening" moods.
03Fire Features
Bioethanol fire pit with automated ignition and flame height control. Safety interlock with wind speed monitoring.
