A bespoke underground wine cellar designed for a serious collector. Temperature and humidity control is mission-critical, with multiple redundancies and alarm systems to protect a collection valued in the millions.
LEXA systems integrated
01Climate Control
Dual-zone cooling with ±0.5°C accuracy. Separate zones for red and white storage. Backup cooling unit with automatic failover. Humidity maintained at 65-75% RH.
02Showcase Lighting
LED shelf lighting with warm 2700K colour temperature. UV-free to protect labels. Individual shelf dimming via DALI for display and tasting scenarios.
03Access & Security
Biometric fingerprint access with audit logging. Door-open alarm after 60 seconds. Temperature deviation alerts sent to mobile app.
