A pilot deployment of LEXA's hospitality GRMS (Guest Room Management System) across 8 luxury suites. The system demonstrates how KNX intelligence can deliver five-star guest experiences while achieving significant energy savings.

01Guest Room Control
Bedside and entrance keypads with scene control. "Welcome" scene activates on card insertion. "Goodnight" disables all except bathroom nightlight and sets climate to eco.
02Energy Management
Occupancy-based HVAC setback achieves 35% energy reduction. Window contact sensors disable cooling when balcony doors are open.
03Corridor Lighting
Presence-activated corridor lighting with daylight harvesting. Nighttime dimming to 20% with motion-triggered full brightness.
